I began my career in Human Resources 25 years ago as an HR Co-Ordinator working for a well known Security Services organisation.

Since then, I have worked in a number of different organisations in both operational and strategic HR roles, mainly within manufacturing in the aerospace and food industries, but also with a 4 year stint in facilities management all at a senior level.

During my time in manufacturing I have a breath of experience, skill and knowledge by having lead teams in Human Resources, NPD and Continuous Improvement which has helped me bring a completely different and unique mind and skillset to any role I have undertaken.

I am passionate our this business and our people and am looking forward to taking responsibility for driving the People agenda and strategy across the group.
