    The Role:

    •  We operate a modern fleet of Fendt and New Holland tractors

    • To follow all H&S systems including Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work and report any areas of concern

    • Ensure equipment is maintained to the highest standards

    • Assist with tasks such as yard and equipment maintenance

    • Aid other areas of the farming operations if required

    • To maintain and keep up to date records required by the Farm Manager to provide full traceability and ensure audit compliance etc

    The 223-shift pattern is a two-week pattern. On week one you will work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. On week two you will work Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday.  This means you get a three-day weekend every other week!

    Forklift Driver – Goods In

    To work as a Forklift Driver in our Goods In team where product is delivered to site. It is essential that you always follow GMP (good manufacturing practice).

    Duties to include:

    • Loading and unloading vehicles

    • Weighing and labelling product

    • Supplying factory with equipment

    • Waste disposal

    • Stock rotation

    • Reporting risks and accidents and undertaking action to prevent accidents

    About You:

    • Have experience in FLT driving within a warehouse environment

    • You must have a current forklift license

    • Knowledge of logistical processes and how products should be handled

    To work as a Forklift Driver in our Despatch area servicing our Production team and loading trailers. It is essential that you always follow GMP (good manufacturing practice).

    The Role
    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Line Operative to join our Team in Fosdyke

    You will play a vital role within our business, working on a production line and in a production team to ensure products are made to high standards. You will be working in a small / line team ensuring Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures are always followed, working closely with the line leader and Quality Control to achieve the best we can and supply the customer with the standard of product they require.

    Duties to include:

    • Inspection, grading and packing of produce

    • Packing and stacking into containers

    • Ensuring the product is correctly stacked and wrapped

    The is an entry-level position and you do not require any experience as full training will be provided.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join our engineering team at our site in Fosdyke, working 18:00 - 06:00 on a 223 shift pattern.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of engineering services and technical support to the business, with focus on reducing downtime proactively using the sites PM software.

    Duties to include:

    • The execution of day-to-day maintenance tasks, including line improvements

    • The provision and implementation of solutions in line with the engineering strategy to reduce downtime

    • Use of root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons behind problems and failures, seeking to identify areas for improvement in plant performance

    • Involvement in engineering projects from inception to delivery as and when required

    • Continually drive towards a PPM culture

    • To assist in setting of machines in conjunction with the operations team

    • The provision of a first-class engineering service

    • Providing daily progress updates to the Site engineering lead

    • Working together with internal and external teams

    The Role

    We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Agricultural Mechanical Engineer to join our Team within our Worth Farms Produce business.

    The Role:

    To provide an efficient and effective maintenance response to breakdowns and Planned Preventative Maintenance by offering high level of engineering services and technical support to the business and Farming teams. Focusing on improved reliability, reducing downtime, improving equipment performance and efficiency. The role covers both workshop and field support to the farming team.

    Main duties:

    1.        Assist the Lead Engineer to fulfil the engineering strategy

    2.        Complete the day-to-day tasks within the engineering team assisting with cover and skills for the workload to meet the business needs.

    3.        Ensure you provide accurate records, logging work and assisting effective reporting against engineering KPIs and the budget – file all paperwork/records timely

    4.        To continually drive towards a preventative maintenance culture

    5.        Assist with the identification and management of engineering projects from inception to installation

    6.        Ensure that stock is stored and issued correctly to enable effective budgeting, cost control and effectiveness of the engineering department.

    7.        Actively identify areas for improvement in equipment performance.

    8.        Follow all company procedures for Health & Safety, People, Quality and Hygiene.

    9.        Act as an ambassador driving good practice throughout the organisation ensuring positive communication and relationships between departments

    10.    Comply with all company policies and procedures, assist with training of machinery where necessary.
